Spurs impressed with their 4-4 draw at Arsenal on Wednesday.
The 25-year-old said: “Harry has brought togetherness to the whole squad. Even the players who aren’t in the team seem to be happy.
“It’s his demeanour, the person he is. You can sense his presence and belief when you’re on the pitch and when you’re in the dressing room.
“I don’t want to undermine what Juande Ramos did but Harry is famous for his man-management skills.
“We have a lot of young players at Tottenham who need a bit of help and an arm around the shoulder every now and again.
“Harry is just the man for that. He hasn’t had much time to find his feet yet but he has still managed to find the time to have a little chat with every player.
“It’s just the type of guy he is. He puts himself around and makes himself a part of the dressing room.
“He’s been here for two games and we’ve won our first match of the season and come back to gain an incredible result at Arsenal. You can sense the belief coming back.
“We know we are in a bad position and we need to put our heart and soul into every game. But to be 4-2 down in the 88th minute and get a point … it felt like a win at the end.”
