The new deal will keep the former Everton ace at the club until 2012. Kroldrup’s previous deal was set to expire in June.
Kroldrup told Violachannel.it: “I am very happy with this choice. It was a long negotiation, but it went well in the end.
“This choice is both a personal and sporting one. I want to return to good levels with my team-mates and to help us get back into Europe.”
