The 27-year-old insists he has no regrets over joining the club from Everton.
Lescott has hinted that he wants to stay at City for the rest of his career.
“I really understand why David Moyes wanted me to stay, but I hope he understands why I wanted to leave,” Lescott said in the Sunday Mirror
“There are no regrets. I don’t look back on my decision.
“This is where I wanted to be and I now want to be here for the rest of my career. I can’t see me ever going.”
