It is believed Wiltord would like to leave Rennes in January after being frozen out at the club.
“We have never hidden the fact that we would be interested in signing the player as a wildcard; Sylvain was always a player that interested us,” Lariepe told l’Equipe.
“He is a player that knows Ligue 1 better than anyone and he would provide us with another offensive option.”
