The Hammers are currently struggling with the off-field difficulties.
Neill is one of West Ham’s biggest earners and the Hammers could be forced to let him leave the club due to their financial situation.
“My contract runs out next summer and I am open to them giving me a few more years at the club,” Neill said.
“If it doesn’t work out, so be it, but I’d love a long-term commitment.”
