The 19-year-old has recently been linked with the likes of Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona.
“Neymar wants to stay at Santos until April of 2012, when the club’s centenary takes place,” Neymar da Silva Santos told Radio Mana Mana.
“My son wants to play the Club World Club with his team-mates and then stay on until the centenary. In this transfer window, the club did not want to sell him and he did not want to leave.”
“Neymar would like to play for Real Madrid and Barcelona,” he added. “It would be the dream of any player, but right now he wants to honour his contract.
“When Neymar decides to go, he will only do it to write history for another side.”
