O’Hara scored his first goal for Wolves during the 1-1 draw against West Brom in the Premier League on Sunday.
The Tottenham midfielder was relegated while on loan at Portsmouth last season.
“We’ve got a better squad here than at Portsmouth. The team is better. We play better football. We create a lot more chances,” he said.
“But we’ve got to cut out the goals right at the death. I’ve played four games now and, in two, we’ve lost in the last minute.
“We can’t give away goals like that. That is what happened at Portsmouth as well.
“We played well all season and we gave away goals at the death and in the end it is going to cost you so we’ve got to cut those out.
“We’ve got a lot of winnable games coming up and we’ve got to make it count.”
