The Chilean has signed a two-year deal with Los Blancos.
“I think Pellegrini is an excellent coach. The decision to sign him wasn’t even worth discussing. He is the best coach there is as proven by his work at Villarreal and because his profile is perfect for Real Madrid. I think signing him was a good idea,” Pardeza told Onda Cero.
“Real Madrid is the most important club in the world thanks to its values and the fact that it’s had the best players in the world. The institution has gone off track somewhat and we must now recover our signs of identity.
“We will all be responsible, each within his field. It’s important for us to be coordinated and have the same views on the first team and the style it should have. We all want to make the best decisions for the club.”
