The 26-year-old says Redknapp has turned Spurs into a pub team.
He told the Sun: “Everyone is more optimistic. The atmosphere in the dressing room has changed completely — we now smile and make jokes much more. We feel more at ease.
“It is because Redknapp is a very colourful person — to be honest, we joke that he looks as if he comes to the stadium straight from the pub.
“But he has been working in the Premier League a very long time and is very much respected by us all.
“I haven’t seen or talked to Ramos since he was sacked. It’s a pity he had to go, he is not a bad manager — but we couldn’t get decent results under him.
“You couldn’t recognise how much the team has changed since.”
