The 16-year-old was also linked with Bayern Munich, AC Milan and Juventus but has agreed to join Chelsea in a summer move from Rapid Vienna.
“Chelsea is just perfect,” he told APA.
“England is quite simply the best league. The best players are there and they play a really fast style.
“I want to join up with the pros as soon as possible.
“I have thought about going abroad for a long time, and it can only benefit me, not only as a player but also as a person.
“I can – and will – be much better.”
