Ramos made too many changes – Ferdinand

He told the Sun: “Ramos didn’t seem to know his best team and every week he made two or three changes.

“Players like continuity and a run in the team.

“When they see a manager chopping and changing they know he is not confident and that drains their own confidence.

“They also like to be played in their correct positions.

“Look at the difference in David Bentley since Harry took over. He has started to look like the player we saw at Blackburn.”

Ferdinand is set to join new manager Harry Redknapp’s backroom staff.
