Real took the lead through Raul in the 39th minute but Almeria managed to fight back and earn a 1-1 draw.
“We have let two points slip away and once again, it’s because we were not able to make use of our chances,” he said after the match.
“We were comfortable in controlling the game but that means nothing because we couldn’t finish off our counter attacking moves when Almería were busy looking for the equalizer.
“We have more than enough quality upfront to kill off a game and to win three points, we have to be able to do that.”
