Real have made a bid that includes Arjen Robben, Wesley Sneijder plus €17.5million in cash for the French winger.
The 26-year-old has recently stated that Real Madrid are the only club that he would leave Bayern Munich for.
Sneijder has also been targeted by Chelsea and Manchester City.
