Robinho: Real Madrid fans want me to stay

Robinho won Real Madrid a penalty in the 1-1 draw with Getafe last night.

He said after the match: “I always try to do the things that coach (Fabio) Capello asks of me.

“I played well and the team did also. I believe the fans want me to stay and are supporting me. It was very difficult to score and we lacked a little luck also. Jose Reyes had a good shout for a penalty and we should’ve finished with three points.

“Now the two most important games for us are coming (against Bayern Munich and Barcelona) and for our future, we hope to be able to play as well as tonight.”
