Jovanovic has failed to make an impact at Anfield since joining Liverpool on a free transfer from Standard Liege in the summer.
Jovanovic has long been linked with a move away from the Reds.
“I know that I am quite cheap for the club as they got me as a free agent, but I really don’t like the media stories over my loaning elsewhere,” Jovanovic told Serbian daily Sport.
“I want to stay at Liverpool. I am a fighter by nature and I want to earn my place here, I will do everything to prove my value.”
He added on his future: “I have no idea as the club didn’t inform me about any interest in me going on loan.
“From the clubs mentioned in the press, I don’t want to go to Trabzon in Turkey, while on Fiorentina speculation, no-one had contacted me from there.
“I cannot rule out a possible loan until the end of the season, but as the club is not mentioning it, I really hope that I will stay.”
