The Brazilian is keen on a move to a bigger club and has been linked with Europe’s biggest clubs.
He said: “I am flattered that Chelsea is interested in me. The career of a footballer is very short and it’s necessary to take advantage of all the opportunities that come your way.
“I always said that I wanted to leave Sevilla by the front door, especially after the great season we’ve had. It’s not that I want to leave, but I cannot turn down the opportunities that I have.”
