The 21-year-old has impressed for Spurs over the last three months and Spurs are keen for him to sign a new deal.
The new deal would keep him at White Hart Lane until 2015, according to the Sunday Mirror.
Bale joined Spurs in a £5million deal from Southampton in 2007.
