The Daily Star reports that Pulis is keen to bring in the Belgian international on loan.
The 19-year-old joined Chelsea in a £18million deal from Anderlchec last summer, but made only one Premier League star this season.
West Ham are also reportedly interested in the highly-rated youngster.
