Sky Sports reports that the Potters are in talks with the Hammers regarding a move for the Czech player.
The 30-year-old joined West Ham last year, but has been linked with a move away from the Hammers in recent months.
Italian side Brescia are also reportedly interested in the former Spartak Moscow star.
