Pulis is ready to include striker Dave Kitson as part of a deal for Cole, according to the Daily Mirror.
Cole has long been linked with a move to Stoke and West Ham have confirmed that every player is for sale this summer, except for Scott Parker.
Asotn Villa, Liverpool and Birmingham are also reportedly interested in Cole.
