England will face Belarus in a World Cup qualifier on Wednesday and Bulyga is confident of beating the Three Lions.
Bulyga said: “We are not scared of Rooney. He is not unbeatable and as a human being he has weaknesses. We will use that.”
He added: “We are confident of beating England.”
