The 26-year-old has been linked with clubs such as Manchester City and Real Madrid in recent weeks.
“De Rossi is going nowhere,” Ranieri told Il Romanista newspaper.
“He is a pillar in this club.”
De Rossi’s contract with Roma is set to expire in the summer of 2012.
