Spanish newspaper AS claims both United and Arsenal are keen on signing the 21-year-old midfielder this season.
Niguez’s current contract at Atletico Madrid is set to expire in 2020 and includes a 24 million euros release clause.
The young midfielder is reportedly keen on a new five million euros a year contract and could be tempted to leave Atletico at the end of the season.
Turkish giants Galatasaray are also considering making a move for the highly-rated midfielder, who is closing in on a Spain call-up.
