PSV Eindhoven star out for six weeks

PSV Eindhoven midfielder Andres Guardado will be out of action for four to six weeks with an ankle injury.

The Mexico international picke dup the ankle injury in PSV’s 2-1 win over Manchester United last week.

“Andres Guardado will be sidelined for four to six weeks after sustaining an ankle injury,” PSV announced on their website.

“Guardado underwent an MRI scan in hospital on Monday afternoon.

“Last week, the ankle was still too swollen but a second scan has determined the Mexican will be out of action for four to six weeks.”
