The group are already owner of Premier League side Manchester City, but are now looking to take a 40 per cent stake in AC Milan, for a massive €500million.
Reports say that Silvio Berlusconi could be interested in starting negotiations with the Abu Dhabi United Group.
The Rossoneri are currently €31.98million in debt.
