Everton have confirmed the signing of Brazilian midfielder Anderson Da Silva.
Moeys said: “When we get all the players fit, I think we are capable of being a top six side. We are starting to get competition for places. Tim Cahill will be back soon, Tony Hibbert is not far away. If I can get them fit, then I think the group is good.
“We just need competition. We missed Phil with suspension and that made it quite limited what midfielders I had available. That’s where we have been short. There’s a chance of a new face. There’s a chance but that would be it. We are always looking.”
