He told Marca: “It is too early to say that Madrid and Barcelona are the only contenders.
“We are a genuine alternative, although we know that it won’t be easy, not just because of those two teams, but our other rivals. I was delighted with our effort against a tough opponent.
“Renato played his best game for the club. The team are all humble and strong.
“That is the attitude we want from our players.”
