Kroenke raised his stake to 29.6 per cent earlier this week, but acquired another 200 shares leaving him just short of the 29.99 per cent threshold.
If the moves beyond he will be forced to make an formal offer for the remaining shares in the Gunners’ parent holding company.
Kroenke is also the owner of NBA’s Denver Nuggets and MLS side Colorado Rapids.
