De Rossi is impressed by what the Three Lions showed in the qualifying stage.
He told Goal.com: “I can think of England, because of what they showed during the qualifying stage. They did exceptionally well and have, as usual, very strong players.
“They could be mature enough to win. Besides, they have an Italian coach at the helm who is accustomed to winning.”
