Bojinov is currently on a season-long loan move from Manchester City and has impressed at Parma scoring four goals in 11 appearances.
“Parma was my opportunity, I thank the chairman (Tommaso) Ghirardi, sporting director (Pietro) Leonardi, (Francesco) Guidolin and also (Cesare) Prandelli, who put in a good word for me,” he told La Nazione.
“I am here on loan and hope to stay here even past the end of this championship. Now I almost feel Italian.”
