Chivu has been linked with a move to Premier League side Manchester City.
“They are rumours that I have read in the newspapers,” the agent, Victor Becali, revealed to TMW. “But in regards to my client, there is nothing to discuss.
“No-one from the English club has contacted me, either directly or indirectly. Cristian is tied to Inter for the next two-and-a-half years.
“The interest from another club always makes the player and his entourage proud,” concluded Becali.
