Raul has another year-and-a-half left on his contract with Real Madrid, but his agent, Gines Carvajal, has admitted the 32-year-old could decide to leave the Spanish side.
“It is no secret that he has always liked the Premier League,” Carvajal said in The People.
“The only formal offer the club ever received for him came from Chelsea at the time when they signed Makelele.
“Raul’s contract runs until 2011 and at the moment he plans to see it out but it is a long season and we will have to see what happens.”
