“The fact that Fiorentina are betting on me for their future is a very important personal victory.
“It means they are pleased with my work and my efforts. I love it here. The city is fantastic with a crowd that knows how to get its love to you.
“If they want me to sign an extension, it’s fine with me and it would mean a lot.”
