Reports have linked the 28-year-old with a summer move away from Eastlands and Arsenal are among the clubs rumoured to be interested.
“I have never said I wanted to leave. I came back to finish my career at the club and that’s what I would like to do,” he told BBC Sport.
“If people think otherwise then there are bridges that can get crossed.”
