Maicon reportedly told Spanish newspaper AS earlier this week that he wanted to join Real Madrid, but the defender has now changed his mind.
“I want to stay in Italy,” he said.
“I will only leave if Massimo Moratti sells me. My intention is to stay with Inter. I would only go away if the club asked me to.”
