Koscielny suffered a concussion in the first half of the 2-1 win over Fulham on Saturday.
Koscielny had to be replaced by Johan Djourou.
“The medical team inform me he [Koscielny] has picked up concussion and could be out for three weeks,” Wenger told reporters.
