Lescott is expected to leave City in the January transfer window after falling down the pecking order at Eastlands.
The Sunday People reports that Chelsea, Spurs and Everton are all keen on signing the 28-year-old in January.
Lescott joined City from Everton in a £24million deal in 2009, but has failed to make an impact at Eastlands.
