With much improved performances this season under the Scot, compared to nervous displays that often drew criticism on fan’s forums last season, Lucas said of Dalglish:
“Kenny has been very good, not just for me but all the players and the fans. You know he is really important for the club so everything he does is just thinking in the club and the future of the club.”
“He is doing really well and I think all the team, all the players, are enjoying their time with him.”
