Konchesky has failed to make an impact at Liverpool since joining the club from Fulham last summer.
Konchesky is currently on loan at Nottingham, but the People reports that there have been talks between Fulham and Liverpool about a move.
Konchesky could return to Fulham for around £1.5million, after leaving the club for just over £3million only seven months ago.
