The veteran midfielder’s contract with AC Milan is set to expire at the end of the season and the Dutchman could join City on a free transfer, according to the Daily Mail.
Seedorf hinted at the weekend that he could be offered a new deal at AC Milan.
“I am hearing a lot of rumours,” he said. “But I am awaiting an offer from Milan as there are some concrete offers on the table from Brazil and other clubs. But I will firstly think about the Scudetto before my future.”
