Borussia Dortmund keeping tabs on Hamburg target

The Hamburger Morgenpost reports that Dortmund are ahead of Hamburg in the race for the 21-year-old.

Reports claim Gundogan is available for around €8.5million and the youngster has also been linked with a move to Manchester United.
