The Daily Mail reports that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is a huge admirer of the 28-year-old and is preparing a new move for the defender after failing to sign him last summer.
Everton rejected a £15million bid from Arsenal for Jagielka last summer.
An Everton source told the Daily Mail: “We have had major interest in Jagielka ahead of the next transfer window. But it will take a huge offer for the club to let him leave.”
Jagielka signed a new four-year contract with the Toffees in March.
