The People reports that both Stoke boss Tony Pulis and West Brom boss Roy Hodgson have declared an interest in the 29-year-old.
Taylor has a year left on his Bolton contract and the club are reportedly ready to let him leave for around £1.5million.
Taylor joined Bolton from Portsmouth three-and-a-half years ago.
