Toivonen has recently been linked with the likes of Liverpool and West Brom.
“The transfer market is still open. I really enjoy playing at PSV, but you never know what [can] happen. Whether there’s any concrete interest? No comment,” said Toivonen to Eindhovens Dagblad.
“It’s a real shame that we only finished third in the past two years. I would really have loved to play Champions League with PSV.”
Toivonen’s current contract at PSV is set to expire in the summer of 2012.
