The Mirror reports that the 16-year-old is ready to join the Gunners. Arsenal scouts Francis Cagigao reportedly recommended the youngster to manager Arsene Wenger.
Arsenal are now in talks with Real Madrid over a compensation for the Spain Under-17 star.
The youngster will be offered a five-year contract with the Gunners.
