QPR want to sign a goalkeeper outside the transfer window due to a number of injuries in that position, as Arsenal and Man City have done in recent years – though unlike those two, QPR actually have a fit senior goalkeeper.
He added: “I’m disappointed with the Premier League that they haven’t seen fit to help us out.
“It’s absolutely pathetic the decision, but it doesn’t surprise me. There has got to be some common sense but there isn’t with the Premier League. It’s them and us and we’re ‘us’.”
