The Sunday Mirror reports that Bould is set to replace Pat Rice, who is due to retire.
Bould has been coaching the Arsenal youth and reserve teams for the last 11 years.
Many from the current first team squad at the Emirates have been coached by Bould, including the likes of Wojciech Szczesny, Francis Coquelin, Johan Djourou, Kieran Gibbs and Jack Wilshere.
