The Mirror reports that Loftus-Cheek has been targeted by Barcelona after the Spanish side saw him score for England schoolboys against Wales last year.
Manchester United and Manchester City are also reportedly interested in the 16-year-old midfielder.
Loftus-Cheek has yet to sign a contract at Chelsea and could be set for a move to Spain.
