Benitez has been linked with the job and is one of the contenders to replace the fired Andre Villas Boas.
“Rafa has always said his priority is to coach in England and also at one of the largest clubs in England”, said the former Liverpool manager’s representative to French radio station RMC.
“Chelsea are clearly one of the best five teams in the Premier League.
“But for now, there is no contact, no discussion.”
