The Argentine defender suffered a thigh injury in the first half of City’s 2-0 victory over Bolton.
Zabaleta has now revealed the extent of his injury.
He said on Twitter: “Hello everyone! The scan on my thigh injury shows a small grade 2 tear to my rectus femoris. 2 weeks out, hope back well soon!”
